General information we collect when you visit our website

Type and purpose:

When you access our website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information, a certain amount of general information is captured automatically. Our aim in providing the contact form is to make contacting us simple. The data you enter is stored for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry and any potential follow-on questions.

When you contact us to request a quote, the data you enter into the contact form is processed to carry out measures prior to entering into a contract (article 6, paragraph 1 of the EU GDPR).

Storage duration:

Your data is erased within 6 months of your enquiry being handled.

If we enter into a contract with you, we are subject to the statutory time limits according to the German Commercial Code and shall erase your data once these limits have expired.

Provision required or necessary:

Providing your personal data is optional. However, we are only able to process your enquiry if you share your name, email address and the purpose of your enquiry with us.

Use of font libraries (Google Fonts)

Type and purpose:

In order to correctly display the content of our website in a manner that is graphically appealing, our website uses “Google Fonts” by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”) to display fonts.

Recipients:

Calling up a font library automatically triggers a connection to the library's operator. During this process, it is theoretically possible for the operator (in this case, Google) to collect data, although it is currently unclear whether it does and for what purpose.

Storage duration:

We do not collect any personal data via the website’s integration with Google Fonts.

The provision of personal data is neither legally nor contractually required. In any case, it is not possible to display the website content correctly using standard fonts.

Withdrawal of consent:

The JavaScript programming language is regularly used to display our website content. You can therefore withdraw data processing consent by deactivating JavaScript in your browser or by installing a JavaScript blocker. Please note that this may limit the functionality of the website.

Use of Google Maps

Type and purpose:

When you visit our website, Google receives information that you have called up the corresponding sub-page. This occurs regardless of whether Google has access to a user account which you are logged in to, or you do not have a user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data is assigned directly to your account.
